We are looking for businesses or individuals who would like to donate a raffle prize for our Kids Raffle. Your new donations will be posted here. Alcoholic Beverages

The Prescott Rodeo Grounds will have a Bar on the property for alcohol sales. More information will be coming regarding rules for alcoholic beverages.


Vendor Row

If you're interested in being a vendor on Vendor Row, please complete the Vendor Form

All vendors paying for Vendor Row will be listed here with images of their booth and/or what they sell.

  • 10' x 10' - $50 + a Donation Item for our raffles (minimum value of $50).
  • 10' x 20' - $100 + a Donation Item for our raffles (minimum value of $50).

Keep in mind that individuals are always welcome to sell/swap at their vehicle/campsite for no charge.

FAQs

When is the ABC Jamboree 35?

Sept. 24-27, 2026

How much is it to camp?

How much is it to walk in?

$10 per person, under 18 is FREE (good for all three days).

What time are the gates open?

8am - 10pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday

8am - 11am Sunday morning

Rodeo Grounds must be cleared out by 11am on Sunday.

What happens if we arrive after the gates close?

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the next morning to enter. We must follow the rules of the Prescott Rodeo Grounds.

Can we leave before 8am on Sunday?

Please contact an ABC member during the event. We may be able to open the gate early for you to exit.

Is there a quiet time?

10pm - 7am

How much are raffle tickets?

$1 each - Don't forget you must be wearing a valid event wristband and be present to win. NO WRISTBAND - NO BUS!

Can I bring my open wood fire pit?

NO! The only fire pits allowed are propane fire pits per the Prescott Rodeo Grounds for fire safety. We also recommend having a fire extinguisher.

Can I bring a generator?

The only generators allowed are quiet closed inverter-style generators and they must be turned off by 10pm. No open loud generators!

Will other Bus Clubs have reserved areas for their group?

There will be plenty of space for camping. ABC will not be reserving areas for specific clubs.

Is there electricity available for Vendor Row?

There will be electricity hookups for the food vendors. The cost is $100 per food vendor. There will not be electricity hookups for merchandise vendors. See Vendor Row for Vendor Application link.

Are there electricity hookups for RVs?

No. RV camping will be dry camping only.

Are we allowed to save a space for family/friends?

You can save space for your family and friends. However, if the site begins to fill up, ABC will ask you to allow the space for incoming attendees. Part of the fun is meeting new people and enjoying the community atmosphere.

What activities will be available for kids?

We will have a Kid's Raffle for $0.25 per ticket. Check out Kids Raffle Prizes periodically to see what's being raffled.

When is the Raffle Bus being raffled?

Who do we contact if we want to donate an item to the Raffle?

Email us at info@arizonabusclub.net and put Raffle Donation in the Subject line.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but we have rules regarding dogs. 

  • Friendly, well behaved dogs are allowed.
  • Please be respectful and pick up after your dog. We will have poop bags availabe at the ABC Tent.
  • Keep you dog on a leash at all times.
  • Do not leave your dog unattended. Barking dogs make it very uncomfortable for neighboring campsites.

Can I bring my bicycle?

You betcha! Pedal bikes and e-bikes are allowed, but please keep it no more than 5 mph max and no motorized mini-bikes. 🚲

Are all VWs allowed?

Yes, all VWs are allowed. VW's will have designated camping areas. See Event Map for more information.

Can I bring a pop-up trailer?

Yes. A vehicle and trailer will be charged as a single vehicle; however, your vehicle will have to be parked at the Day Use parking area. You will be allowed 20 minutes to drop off your pop-up trailer.

Are tents allowed?

Yes, you may set up a tent next to your VW or car. Please be respectful and don't take up more space than necessary. We want everyone to have enough space.

Do I need to be there to win?

Yes! You must be present with the winning ticket in your hand and wearing a valid event wristband. NO WRISTBAND - NO BUS!

Do you accept credit cards?

This is a CASH-ONLY event; however, there may be some vendors that have credit card capability, but there's no guarantee.

Can non-VW's camp?

Non-VW's and RV's are allowed, but they will have separate designated camping areas. See our Event Map for more information.

Can I camp with my friends as a group?

Yes you can! Depending on how the site is filling up, we may ask you to avoid holding space for friends that are arriving later.

Can I camp in a rooftop tent on my vehicle?

Sure! See the Event Map for camping areas depending on what type of vehicle you're camping in.

Do I need a Fire Extinguisher?

We always recommend that you have a fire extinguisher.

Will there be food vendors/trucks?

Yes, see our Food Trucks.

Will there be a bar or alcohol?

Prescott Rodeo Grounds will have alcohol for sale on Friday and Saturday.

What entertainment will there be?

See Entertainment for all the details.

Will there be ice available to purchase?

No, however, there is a grocery store across from the Rodeo Grounds.

Can I bring an electric bike?

Yes, but keep it at a maximum of 5 mph, and again, no motorized bikes. Electric bikes are quiet. 🚲

Can I bring a mini motor bike or motorcycle?

NO!

Will there be Porta Potties?

YES! We will have 25 standard porta-potties, 5 ADA porta-potties, and 5 hand-wash stations. The Rodeo Grounds also feature full-service, permanent bathroom facilities.

Is there water available (hose/pump)?

Please plan to bring enough water with you for the entire event. We cannot guarantee that Prescott Rodeo Grounds will have water spigots available for use.

Are there showers available?

No

Will there be a First Aid tent?

Yes, we will have a First Aid tent; however, you should contact 911 for any emergencies. See Event Map for location.

What is the weather like?

We'll update the weather forecast when we get closer to the event. Prescott is typically 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix, but weather can be unpredictable.
