APS Light Parade

December 5 & 6, 2025

Parade is on December 6th

Where: 5757 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85012

If you'd like to participate, please send the f following to info@arizonabusclub.net by October 28th.

Make sure to arrive on **FRIDAY, December 5** before 5pm (that’s before the road closes), as judging kicks off at 6 p.m. There will be a mandatory Driver's orientation at 5pm — so don’t be late!

North Phoenix Baptist Church

Buses will be judged on Friday night and you will need to leave your bus there overnight. They will have overnight security. Please make sure you have a fire extinquisher in your bus!

Saturday, Parade begins at 7pm and starts at Central Ave. and Montebello Ave. and ends at 7th St. and Indian School Rd. 

The following roads will be closed on the day of the parade from 5-11 pm:

Central Ave: Camelback Rd. to Bethany Home Rd.
7th St.: Indian School Rd. to Osborn Rd. 
Camelback Rd.: 1st Ave. to 7th St.

14th Annual Beepin' Beetle 'N Bus Christmas Parade for Kids

9am - Gathering Starts
10am - VW Parade to School Departs

Where: Tolmachoff Farms, 5726 N. 75th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85303 (Map)

If you would like to join in the fun, this is a great day of vintage VWs (decorated in Christmas themes if possible) meeting up at Tolmachoff Farms and then cruising to the school to share in the warm tradition of giving gifts to families in need.

We realize this is the same day as the APS Light Parade, however, if you're available, we'd love to have you as part of our Cruise.

ABC Christmas Party Campout - Lake Pleasant

December 12-14, 2025

Where: 41835 North Castle Hot Springs Road, Morristown, AZ 85342 (Map)

FREE campout for all paid active members. ☮️

We will have a potluck dinner on Saturday night, so please bring a dish (main, side, or dessert). Also, if you'd like to participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange, bring a wrapped gift ($40 minimum).

Use the map to get you to the main entrance for the Lake Pleasant Camp Grounds. When you arrive, tell them you are with the Arizona Bus Club Christmas Campout and they will direct you to the campground. 

Please Note: The Usery Park Group Campgrounds were booked, along with other East side locations for the date we needed. We will have the 2026 and 2027 Christmas parties on the East side to make up for two years on the West side.
