39th Annual APS Electric Light Parade
Parade: Saturday, December 5th
Judging: Friday, December 4th

If you'd like to participate, please send the following to info@arizonabusclub.net by October 28th (preferably sooner). Put Light Parade Participant in the subject line.
- copy of driver's license
- copy of insurance certificate
- completed 2026 Driver Acknowledgement Fillable Form.pdf

Make sure to arrive on **FRIDAY, December 4th** before 5pm (that’s before the road closes), as judging kicks off at 6 p.m. There will be a mandatory Driver's orientation at 5pm — so don’t be late!

Buses will be judged on Friday night and you will need to leave your bus there overnight. They will have overnight security. Please make sure you have a fire extinguisher in your bus!
Saturday, the Parade begins at 7pm and starts at Central Ave. and Montebello Ave. and ends at 7th St. and Indian School Rd.
The following roads will be closed on the day of the parade from 5-11 pm:
Central Ave: Camelback Rd. to Bethany Home Rd.
7th St.: Indian School Rd. to Osborn Rd.
Camelback Rd.: 1st Ave. to 7th St.

ABC Member's Christmas Party Campout

We will have a potluck dinner on Saturday night, so please bring a dish (main, side, or dessert). Also, if you'd like to participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange, bring a wrapped gift ($40 minimum).
